Patient Participation Group

Sign Up For Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)...

Ensuring that we meet our patient's expectations has always been important to us and we are keen to identify all areas where we can further improve our service.

To achieve this we run a Trescobeas Surgery Patient Participation Group; the aim being to listen to your views and directly involve our patients in shaping the range and quality of services we provide. The group predominantly communicates through e-mails and / or letters with meetings kept to a minimum and only when really required.

If you could spare some time every couple of months to fill out a short questionnaire we would be extremely grateful. If you are interested could you complete the Performa and short survey.
